Warranty Policy Details
30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
Within 30 days of delivery, you may request a no-questions-asked return or exchange if you are unsatisfied with your monitor. Simply keep the item undamaged, with all accessories and original packaging, to qualify for a full refund.
12-Month Quality Warranty
All PIJ monitors come with a 12-month free warranty covering manufacturing defects, material flaws, and performance issues. The warranty period begins the day after delivery.

Return & Refund Policy (Detailed)
Return Eligibility
You have 30 days after receiving your monitor to request a return. To be eligible, the monitor must be in the same condition as you received it – unused, with all accessories and original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at service@pij-tech.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided by our customer service team.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your monitor upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong model. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized monitors) and accessories not in original condition. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new monitor.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your monitor is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The monitor must be in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
